How to flare a Yugo...or any other car I guess
Ok, lets get some groundwork laid out here first. I'm not a professional mechanic, autobody man, etc. The steps shown here worked for me and were mostly trial and error. Take your time have fun with it but those who know better will be able to tell you a bunch of things I probably did wrong. The end result met my needs, Im ok with that :) This method does produce a very rough product, you will need to do lots of sanding and filling at the end. For race only vehicles this is not a huge concern.
Safety: Be safe! You will be working with lots of nasty chemicals and poisoning, burning etc are just not fun. Wear safety glasses! Fiberglass itches, wear long sleeves. WEAR GLOVES! This stuff will take forever to come off your hands. Read all the safety precautions on the products you use and follow them, its your life and well being. Get a respirator while working with the chemicals and wear a dust mask when sanding this stuff, it gets everywhere.
Ok, so we are going to be safe, and have fun and not blame jim if our car turns out looking like a bad pottery experiment. On with the show
